 For all paid positions:

Provide on-call assistance one night per month to respond to police requests for victim advocacy. B.A. in human services or equivalent life/work experience. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal & community-building skills. Experience & knowledge of social justice issues, particularly battering & violence against women & children, and racial, class & sexual orientation issues. Supports an organization environment based in respect & the use of ethical communication.
